Can anyone identify what this is?

This bracket came attached to my bike. I would like to know what GPS unit/holder people think it is suited for.

It's an older type GPS mount...GPS60 or something????

Not sure, but it looks similar to what the beaver twatted one has for his unit...

Can it be used to hold a Garmin Quest type device with some modification/another bracket attached to it I wonder?

I think it just emulates the cross bar on the bars, so any bracket that would normally fit there can now be moved above the clocks. Maybe to allow a tank bag to be used?

You could attach a quest mount to it.

that is not a garmin mount or a tom tom.

It's the 16quid part for the GPS mounting kits from Touratech.(for those that dont have a brace on their handlebars).
