Can I connect tom tom to accessory socket on 1150GSA

Thinking of buying a tom tom one or tom tom start (anyone know what the difference is?) as a cheapo sat nav on the bike.

Can I hook it up to the accessory socket on the 1150GSA? Do I need any special cabling?

i do you just need a DIN to Cigarette style converter... plenty on ebay for tuppence.
