Whatever each individuals opinion of an individual is, and for whatever reason, please respect that Bill and Sue Cannon are my employers; and I personally hold them in high regard.
They have invested a great deal of faith in me to run an established business; for which I am grateful.
I entered into the spirit of conversation with the forum to attempt to build bridges with a minority of customers who feel let down; but I draw the line at responding to personal insults, directed at either myself or my employers.
I can only suggest that those who have previously voted with their feet continue to do so, as clearly no amount of humble pie is sufficient for you, and for those who wish to meet the new team, please do come down, as we would be delighted to meet you!
In the meantime, I am also responsible for the welfare of a dozen or so staff, and intend to aspend as much time as possible ensuring that the New Team all pulls together to reach our goals, and hope that we will be allowed to do so without fear of persecution on this site.
In the meantime, thanks again to those of you who express good wishes, I do ensure that this is fed back to the team, as I know they are motivated by it!

I can only speak as I find but all my dealings with Cannons have been positive,particularly in recent times with your service dept.So 10out of 10 as far as I'm concernd.No maybe 9.!!!!!!!! It does seem a much friendlier company nowdays.![]()
