Following work completed last week:
6000 mile service - no problems, simple job, Happy
Re-call - no problems, finished on time etc, Happy
Software upgrade, finished on time etc, Not happy
Having said that I am in no way blaming Cannons. I understand the dealer just downloads the software then uploads it to the bike. As I have mentioned on another thread the bike is lumpy and not as pleasent to ride as it was prior to this work being carried out. Cannons don't open on a Monday so have emailed them. Will now wait to see what happens. It seems Lee is no longer working there and I have been dealing with Sean. Nice enough bloke. Overal no issues with the work or the service received so far

(If that is the case). Your Norfolk dealer has only just arrived and it is pleasing to hear they are pushing your buttons but it is early days
