For some reason when I try to log into my Paypal account Norton now tells me that the site is no longer secure and I cannot work out how to bypass it.

It's doing bogus things to Paypal >>stating their certificate is not up to date etc
GET AVG 7.5 FREE as I recommended, you NUMPTY !!!
OR use Mozilla Firefox as your Browser !!!

i tried for about a week in the end had to take my lap top into work and let an it guru do it for me.
AVG is the way forward

That was easy, I have unistalled Norton and installed AVG however when trying to log into my Paypal account the same thing is happening.

can you wait a few minutes before changing the password as there are 1 or 2 things i still need to get....

You just think you have.
It will have left all sorts of nasties all over your system.....do a search here on it and you'll see several threads about it, including a couple with full instructions and a prog that will get rid of it properly

thats what happened when i tried to uninstall, it ll come back to haunt you
