I'll have to wait till the weekend to see if it has worked .

i'm trying to download this software update but i'm having a bit of trouble.
firstly it says i must have administator rgihts on computer, when i check i find that i have.
then when i connect the g4 it says "error in driver installation. the operation completed successfully"
can't do anything, anyone else experienced this ?

Maybe it is me forgetting the procedure for pairing the mobile but, since making the firmware update, my Nokia phone is not making the bluetooth connection any more with the G4.

Anyone else having similar problems just to confirm it may be my problem alone on trying to sync.

You will need to clear the original pairing on your phone and repair again to the headset, it should then work fine.

I'm having real trouble connecting my G4 with my Q2. I have followed the instructions to the letter, I have info from Cardo in the US from their support team but still no luck. I even have been sent a brand new G4 under warranty (sent back for different reason). I can get the units to pair, and the G4 confirms that I am connected with the Q2 ("Rider A or Rider B connected") however, I cannot open voice communications either via VOX or manually from either unit. I have reset the pairing on both devices several times, again I can get them to pair but cannot get any comms. I'm running V3 on the G4 and VOX is enabled via the pc.

Any ideas? Anyone got a G4/Q2 combo to work?

My G4 is 1 day old, it synched with the Zumo (in the house) happily, I got the radio to work even. It won't doanything now, it won't even turn off. It has frozen and won't respond to any button pushed at all.

I went on the website, downloaded the new version stuff, and when it says to install it the box says "please turn the Scala G4 on" - it IS turned on, with a blue light and everything. It won't turn off, it won't recognise the computer signal and it just sits there as an adornment to my helmet, like a neon earing.

Anyone any ideas please...charging it for reset doesn't work either. It doesn't recognise the charger! Absolutely no response to anything I have tried...next stop will be a flying lesson against a solid object and see how IT likes it. I have been banging my head against said solid object until it is now bleeding.

Please help.
