Help!


Just bought a Cardo Scala Q2 Rider headset and can't get it to pair with my 550 Garmin. Followed the instructions but no result. My old Scala Rider syncd no prob. Any ideas??

Just bought the Scala Ali - paired it with my 550 straight away. Is your Zumo mounted on the bike or are you trying to sort it in the living room? Mount it on the bike, hold the CTRL button for 6 seconds as described at the bottom of Page 6 and all should be well - might have to give it a couple of goes!

Busy trying to pair it with my iTouch - accepts voice commands but can't hear any music - any ideas anyone?

Thanks for that. I had the older Scala Rider headset which had only one ear piece.... paired no prob but music was crap. Goin away in a few weeks time and wanted something better so opted for the Scala Q2. Done what you suggested but no joy. Think there is something wrong with the unit as it will not even light up when put on charge. Additionally the cable for wiring up to my i pod will not even fit the scala unit jack!!
