Hi. I’ve been using Wunderlinq for a few years. It’s been great, but the problem is that you can only control the map apps that have Wunderlinq integration built in.

I use Osmand when I follow a route, but on the long hauls, motorways etc I prefer Waze. Therefore I decided to buy CI BMW control.

the problem now is that I can control everything EXCEPT Waze… I can pan and return to current map position, but not zoom with the wheel! All other map apps (even Google maps) works fine with pan, zoom, return etc.

Anybody has any ideas what I can do?

Bike: BMW R1200 GSA -14
Unit: Samsung Galaxy tab active 3
FW: And 13, One UI 5.1.1

Have you set the profile to automatic?

Mine works perfect

No, this was new? Please elaborate… Is this a setting in Waze? Where would I find it?
I will have to fire mine up tomorrow to find it properly for you it’s in the controller app

Did you find it?
Do you have a CI device with the proprietary controller app?
I have a Samsung and the controller app from the play store.
I found the settings and checked. The choice "automatic profile" was activated.

I’ll post an update In case anybody else encounters this issue.
There was zero response from all the forums I tried, even Waze and CI-forum. I finally posted a support ticket to CI and got a reply within the hour!
“We were able to replicate the problem. It is probably due to a recent update. We will address the problem as soon as possible”.
