Can you confirm how you upgraded pls and what version they gave you? I’ve been trying to upgrade mine. Got a card, formatted to fat32, put the file on. The card seems pretty loose in the slot under the screw cover and they say it has to be inserted after the device is on, which is really hard to do when it’s on the bike. It doesn’t seem to do anything regardless of how and when I put the card in. Did yours slot in securely? Wondering if I have a faulty sd card slot

This is what is get it realy sovelved the problem.
Yes it hart to get the sd card in on the motor bike but with some rest it willbe oke.

Sorry for the trouble caused to you.
The attachment is the latest MCU software, and the following is the software upgrade steps, which may solve the problem.
(1) Download the software to Windows.
(2) Insert the TF card into the card reader, then insert the card reader into Windows, and format the TF card on the computer, the file format is FAT32. A 32GB TF card is recommended.
(3) Copy the software APM32F030.bin to the TF card. Please note that you cannot add or modify characters to the name of the software. If the software name contains characters such as (1) or (2), the upgrade will be unsuccessful.
(4) Pull out the card reader, take out the TF card, power on the Carpuride device, and then insert the TF card into the Carpuride device, the startup screen will be automatically updated.

Follow-up the steps it will work.
Tip use a small pincet to put the card in.
Don.t forget to format you sd card to fat32 format not the fast way take the slow one.
If everthing is oke the update start direct after powering up.
Remove the card after update and restart the system.
The update willbe succesfully.

Thanks.. I had same instructions. The only thing I have done differently is copy from a MAC, because I have zero windows devices in the house! I cant see why it would matter but will try from a windows VM

No luck with windows.. Did you find the card was loose in the slot? Mine does and just doesn’t feel like its going in properly

Ignore the above i got it to work. I wasn’t pushing far enough into the slot.. it’s almost as if you’re going to lose the card in the device before it clicks and impossible without tweezers or a screwdriver! Now updated and working well.
