Carpuride w702bs not working 100% on bmw r1300gs adventure

Problems with the new Bmw r1300gs adventure.
The wonder wheel is not working 100%. On the new carpuride W702bs.
Switchen to the menu K2 and K3 is not working and the K5 accept button also not working.
I think software on carpuride not 100% compatible with the new Bmw r1300gs adventure.
Somebody new software already?
Please help me out.

Yes but til now no answer.
Only ask for serial number bmw software and order number carpuride.

Wait for them to respond?

From what I’ve read, others with similar issues have it fixed via a firmware update - and you get the firmware updates from their support team.
