Carpuride detaching

Good Morning
Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with their W702bs detaching when riding?
Twice now after about 10-15 miles into a ride the Carpuride decides to completely drop off the mount! Luckily I’ve caught it both times but it’s quite disconcerting juggling it , swapping hands and stopping whilst keeping attention on cars and road furniture etc
I don’t seem to get the click when I mount it but can’t physically pull it off after , seems a resonance from road surface may be the problem?

Not had any issues - even when on bumpy green lanes.
If you’re using the BMW Satnav mount, have you got the locking bar pushed across?

i aren't getting that click as can be heard on a few Youtube videos despite putting a little silicon grease on the engagement recesses.
Ive found that I have to grip the back of the mount and front of the Carpuride and sqeeze together before sliding the locking pins into place.

I also did similar apart from silicone grease bit
Garmin xt fitted perfectly and had no issues at all so made me think Carpuride housing may be out

Nope never had a problem and done a good few miles with mine now

There was a guy on a Facebook GS forum with a 2 month old unit and his had taken a piece of plastic out of the back of the mounting hole. Carpuride would exchange the unit for £60.
