carry handles for panniers where?

does anyone know where to get the carry handles that they have on panniers ,like the sort metal mule use.
the fold out metal one ,ive tried a search ,butjust keep getting shopping bag handles ,and other crap..

These have some but I think I got mine from Farnell or CPC. Make sure they are sprung loaded so they dont rattle also.
