Cassington Bike Night cancelled...

The pubs wil be open and I bet the "resident" classic bike club will be there, plus a few who have not realised the event is cancelled.

Could be a good night, but I would not be surprised if the Plod turn up to infringe our Human Rights and turn us all away - Oh, I forgot bikers don't have any, only terrorists, murders, rapists and war criminals have those :blast

Photo's of Cassington bike night

A good night, though much quieter than previous events. Very glad to see the school went out on a limb and organised parking, food and other facilities. :beerjug:

No officials guarding the entrance from the A40. Hopefully, the village will be able to come to an arrangement with the council on the 'organisational issues/funding' by next year

I am glad they managed to run something, was most surprised to see all the food wagons and suchlike there, I knew some bikes would make it through, but suspected the plod may have tried to intercept bikes and prevent the food wagons etc. making the venue.

At least the school got something from it, glad I went, just to stick it to the man and chuck a couple of quid in the collection pots.

Damn, missed it - I had the wrong date in my diary. Was intending to go.

Especially as it had been cancelled.

A good night in the end - lots of old friends, even older bikes (or is that the other way round :D ), and one in the eye for Stealth & Nasty.

A few MMC-musing type words here
