CD information?

when I play a cd on the firm's computer it comes up on the screen with what track is playing the name of the record and other stuff. when I play the same cd at home it just comes up with unknown artist, unknown track etc. I am using windows media player on both machines so why can't I see this information at home?

right click on blue bit at the top of media player>view>now playing options>tick options

you have to be connected to internet for it to work.
