The most efficient and impressive method.
Starting from about 50 feet behind the bike run quickly towards it and vault on to the seat grabbing the handlebars at the last minute (to prevent you going over the screen).
Even with lightweight riders the kinetic force of you hitting the seat and grabbing the bars at the same time will push the bike forwards and off the stand.
You can then cooly :cool start the bike and ride away.
Note - only try this with a top-box in position if your inside leg measurement is over 42" DAMHIK
