If anybody needs to order Autocom parts, or any other product that this company supply, then I can highly recommend them. I've had several dealings with them over the years, and each time their service has been top notch. The owner Sam, when he is available, is more than happy to give you advice on their products, especially Autocom.
My most recent order was for a new autocom SPA controller and a few leads. Sam gave me all the info I needed beforehand to make sure I ordered the right items. The order was placed at midday on Wednesday, choosing the free delivery option. About an hour later I realised I'd missed an item, a quick call to Sam made sure it was added to the order and he ensured I got the on-line discount that was being offered at the time.
Within 2 or 3 hours I received notification that the items had been dispatched, and they arrived before midday on Thursday, less than 24 hours after I placed the order!
Excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
(By the way I have absolutely no connection with anybody in the company, I'm just a very happy customer who is very impressed with their service.)
