Just wanted to mention the great customer service I've just had from FreakLizard on eBay. Bought some Shad kit for the Stelvio and the pannier rails would not fit, turns out there is a manufacturing defect making them to wide to fit under the OEM grab rail. I asked about it, and Nick and Liam at FreakLizard said it's not right, but the importer wasn't having any of it and they told them "Tell him to get an angle grinder, grind the extra 10mm of material off and paint them".......
They basically took a day or two, some photographs from me and the importer has now caved, admitted the factory has made a defective batch and are taking them back from FreakLizard.
They've been brilliant through the whole process while the importer went into ostrich mode. Anyone with a V100 Stelvio interested in the Shad 3P, be very careful, every box the importer had has the same defect as they checked their stock today.
