I've contacted Monimoto over the last week or so after having problems pairing a new fob I'd bought and can only say the service I've received has been first class. Just to complicate things I've just bought a new phone and messaged them again late last night for help after I repeatedly failed to get my Monimoto to connect to my phone. I've received a reply from Liuka today (On a Sunday 👍) with some instructions and my Monimoto is now back up and running. Great service from them supporting what has been a reliable tracker. I've never had any false alarms you can hide it in a number of places making it difficult for the scroats to find and it doesn't drain my battery unlike the Datatool Stealth POS I had on my 1250GS plus unlike the ones that operate using a monitoring centre you don't get rinsed for the subscription either, it's just over £30 a year for their SIM, though you can use your own too if you'd rather
