Changing the bulb in the LED headlight

How do you change the bulb in the LED headlight? Just got a 2014 BMW R1200GSA TE and the lamp warning has come on and is telling me to replace the main beam bulb.

Don't think you can. Sealed unit AFAIK.

Is the headlight still working? If so put a bit of tape over the warning light

I just spent £7 on an H7 bulb for my standard GS LC

But perhaps the halogen headlight in the standard GS LC is a lot better..... I wouldn't know as I've never ridden mine in the dark in the two years I've owned it. That's why I didn't waste money on an LED headlight

Don't worry still can't see F**K all with the led headlight on the TE models either .just the 1150 does it £1000 cheaper

Yeah have the same problem, the light beam is set up too low!

Back on topic I don't think LED lights have replaceable bulbs?? is the headlight out or is it a malfunctioning warning light?

No bulb to replace hope you still have warranty the whole unit is £800 + it's a sealed unit.

Adjust the height. The LED is better than any halogen or HID kit I've ever had.
