York........ideal for Hull - Zeebrugge, get your mate to ride up. I've never sailed over from the south coast because it's an awful ride down UK motorways and it costs an extra £60 - £70 in fuel and rubber. Also you get 2 nights accomodation on the boat, add it all up and it is the best way for me, no question.

my faveorite crossing is hawrich to cuxhaven in germany aprox 16 hours a cabin return price £ 200.00 aprox no need to touch france
