Channel Crossing Recommendations

I know that, but I'm stopping off at parents in york, and then meeting up with a mate in aylesburywhos coming too.....

York........ideal for Hull - Zeebrugge, get your mate to ride up. I've never sailed over from the south coast because it's an awful ride down UK motorways and it costs an extra £60 - £70 in fuel and rubber. Also you get 2 nights accomodation on the boat, add it all up and it is the best way for me, no question.
