Charging GPS/Phone etc

Can anyone recommend a decent solution for getting powered USB on the bike? Most of my gadgets now run from a mini USB, and it is going to be useful to have a lead on the bike.

At the moment, I have an auxilliary fusebox, which powers a cigarette lighter socket, a cigarette to usb adaptor, and a usb lead running to the front of the bike.

Has anyone ever come up with any neater solutions?

Thanks, but I don't know which cable in the lead to wire in to.

I will stick with the normal adaptor for now.

And will just throw away the lead, which I don't need.

The remaining bit takes 12v, and puts out 5v USB.
