Ok let’s broaden this to cover the touring bikes - I had a look at an out of budget Electra glide and Road king both of which tick the boxes - big, mean, loud, comfy.
I’m putting pennies aside so not rushing to buy, but if any of you have or know of an evo engined touring languishing in a shed that needs to be turned into cash, let me know.

You'd be better off with the Twin Cam motor as the Evo in the Softail can be a bit vibey
