Hello, we are travelling to Chefchaouen a week on Saturday and would like some recommendations for a hotel?
There will be 3 of us on two bikes, my 9yr son on the back of me and my wife on her GS so I’m looking for somewhere that would have a family room or that would stick an extra bed in a double etc.
I would normally arrive on spec but I’m not so confident as not having been to morocco before. We would want secure parking for the bikes and a bar if poss
Anyway any help on recommendations would be appreciated.
thanks

Bill will be along in a while to recommend one that has pink 4 poster beds...but then he's:ymca

better still, the big one at the top of town which would suit your requirements...sorry can't remember the name, after all it was 2 months ago:blast:rob

Couple of years ago I stayed at Pension La Castellana, lovely little place, just off the main square, next to a hamman. Cheap, but perfectly nice and very friendly owner. We stayed for 10 days and just chilled. Decent backup if your other options are full.

Just dug out the card I kept,

C/Sidi Ahmed El Bouhali, No. 4
91 000 Chechaouen

I stayed at Pension La Castellana last week after a recommendation from a friend on Lonely Planet. It is very friendly and clean and only 75 dh for single room, however... there was building work going on and I complained about the continuing hammering and drilling at 10pm, 10:30pm and then absolutely blew my top at 10:45pm!

So it's not on my revisit list.
