Chigee AIO-5 Play BMW

Hi All!!

I purchased a Chigee AIO-5 Play for BMW in July 2024..

Its been great up to now, when I upgraded the firmware to the latest version (1.8.0 from 1.6.3) yesterday and I lost access to the blue dashboard screen with the speedo, rev counter etc. All I get now is the red screen which is bloody useless!!

I have checked the Nav cradle wiring etc and everything is ok, I have also contacted Chigee for support, sent and awaiting reply.

My question is has anyone else had this issue please?

AND

If I have to replace it which is the best one to go for?

(R1200GS LC 2017 with analogue dials)

But as a quick answer. Unplug it from the bike. Turn bike off. Plug back in. Turn bike on.

The classic IT turn it off and on again and it’ll remember it’s a BMW device
