Just a heads up for those with a BMW fitted with a 17" front wheel.

I bought the above as I forgot to spec TPMS on my R1250RS. Because the valve stem is on the wheel spoke the external sensors hit the inside of the brembo right hand brake caliper so are not compatible. I had a seperate issue with both readings not returning to their cold pressures of 2.5 and 2.9 bar (they stayed .2 bar above this even when the bike had been standing for days and the unit was reactivated by moving the bike) when I removed them to check the pressures with a digital tyre pressure gauge which read 2.5/2.9 I notice the edges of the sensors had been worn down and traced this to them fouling the caliper. On contacting Chigee they were very good and thanked me for letting them know, have issued me a refund and intend updating their website, but I thought this might be useful for anyone thinking of doing something similar as the other external sensors for similar systems look the same.
