Chinese Sat Nav Mount Copy

I need a sat nav holder to mount my Nav 6 on a non BMW bike.

Ebay have them for under £30 which seems to good to be true.

Has anyone taken the risk and bought one. If so, how did it work out? Did they work? Did they damage the sat nav? Were they reliable over a decent period of time?

Before buying I hope someone who has bought on can report back with the questions I asked in my original post, plus does the mount hold the sat nav securley?

My other alternative is to try and secure a good, used BMW or Zumo 660 mount

On the plus side, for a penny under £20, delivered to your door, the downside is less than five pints of London Pride….. and you could probably sell it on for a tenner.

Bought one off Ebay £26. Looks reasonable quality however I wanted to use it with a BMW Navigator V. It doesn't fit, the channel in the mount is narrower than the body of the satnav so it won't engage sufficiently for the the retaining catch to work. Returned it for a refund.

I decided to have a punt and bought an Ali Express copy for about £18. Exactly the same experience as you and am going to return. Managed to get a more expensive but reasonably priced Garmin 660 Mount off eBay
