I have changed venues for the curry.

We are now going to Herb and Spice in Spitalfields. 11a Whites Row, London, E1 7NF.

The other place is good - I had lunch there yesterday - (prices OK) - but maybe a bit too 'City' if you get my drift....

I have booked a table for 10 (I know the bods at Herb and Spice) for 20:00 and have promised to confirm the final numbers on Thursday, lunchtime.

It's not far from Liverpool Street station (main line and underground). Bank and Fenchurch St, Aldgate etc. all not too far, either.

I suggest we still meet upstairs in the Swan, say from 18:30 onwards (details as before) - then walk up - via one or other of the pubs in Bishopsgate - as suits.

We gather at the Swan at about 18:30 (no change)

Then, we go to the Herb and Spice, to arrive sometime around 20:00. That bit is new....
