what about L'etoile on the ormeau road in belfast? it's belfast's best kept dining secret and does fantastic steaks relatively inexpensively. it is byo, but given one of the best off licenses i've ever visited is 5 doors down, that's not so much of an issue.

no idea about inexpensive beds. there's that big grass area they call ormeau park. tent erection could begin after dinner.

obviously my preference would be Coleraine area rather than belfast but if more people would come to a belfast venue than to coleraine (I think there were a dozen or so in coleraine last year) then i'm good with that.
