Nothing is happening and I'm still waiting for the Insurers / Architect / Builders to agree a contract with a Demolition Co. to take the roof and part of the upper walls off (one wanted £32,000 ).

Jeeez, I could have removed the roof weeks ago, its not rocket science.

No building required . . . They were just demolishing the roof


Boatman: Don't worry, I don't have power in there (apart from a 400W Inverter on a car battery powering a couple of lights ).

I won't be welding in there - far too many flammable things crammed in .
