Cisco Support

I've lost the guy that used to support our networks, and am looking to outsource.

We have basic abilities in house, but need to engage a company to do provide a layer of additional remote support.

Anyone recommend a company for this?

I used to work for NextiraOne, A Cisco Gold partner and a good bunch of people. They are based in Lichfield but provide a national coverage and remote support.

They may not be the cheapest but they have plenty of guys who know what they are doing.
