Currently going on Ebay, the battered GSA from the second series as ridden by the barely competent cameraman, Claudio. The listing is not well made so it's tough to find if you're just looking for R1200GS. I'm even tempted myself, it's had a lot of views but probably not serious GS buyers. At the current price it's actually a fairly good buy with the equipment on it. I imagine the reserve is set at a silly level though.

Aaaaaargh :blast

Well I didn't see any other threads about it so I thought i'd give you guys a heads up. On a related note I go to a lot of bike meets. I chat with everyone and the only group that are consistently rude are Beemer riders. Maybe some people need to brush the chip off their shoulder and just be decent? He could have said there was already a thread about this bike instead of being a dick about it.

Familiarity breeds contempt. I bet you were being over familiar with them. I find it best to keep them at arms length until I know them. They're generally not over keen on bodily contact from strangers.

Have you found the search button yet by the way?

Just let it wash over you.

There will always be sarcastic wit, but why let it bother you?

This site is full of dicks who take great pleasure, and go out of their way to point out what an anorak they are because they have read every post and you haven’t. They then get all defensive when you suggest they are a wanker and then the same old regulars and wannabe newbies chip in with their snide remarks. I’m sure it’s the same on other sites, the world is full of numpties

You must read every post to come to that conclusion. :D
