clutch plate

If the clutch is worn out you may want to buy the whole kit. Anyhow, there is one (that I know if) 'oil proof' clutch... otherwise oil impregnation will decrease its lifespan/effectiveness. However, if you have a bunch of oil down there you may just want to take the extra few minutes and replace the rear main seal anyway. If youre able to do the clutch then you can easily do the rear main. Good luck.

I got a ceramic one from Cytech. I think it was just over £200 for the plate. If your current clutch is ok and not slipping - then changing just the plate should be fine... I think they would be more resistant to oil too.

If you read about these - they used to have to be adjusted after a few miles but there latest design (the one I got) is a fit and forget. They're certainly sharper than a normal clutch but you get used to them in 5 minutes flat.
