The clutch lever on my GS went slack as though the cable had broken. I checked the bike over, the problem was the clutch pushrod had stuck in, after about 15 minutes the bike had cool down a little the clutch pushrod freed itself so I carried on with my journey, when the bike got hot the same thing happened again.
I know the pushrod was in good condition when we fitted the new clutch and until now the bike as run fine without any problems, a new clutch cable was fitted and set to the manufactures setting same time the clutch was fitted
Anyone know what's corsing the pushrod to stick and if I need to fit a new pushrod is there a way of doing so without taking out the gearbox or dropping the swing arm.
