Clutch reservior stupid question

I am probably just stupid but I can't undo the cap on my clutch master cylinder reservoir (12GS). It doesn't want to turn anti clockwise and I don't want to brake anything Any sugestions

System is "permanently filled" check with your dealer if you think there is a problem (see handbook)

I wanted to change the fluid as Steptoe says the bleed screw seizes by 2 years

So I wanted to take the cap off to suck some of the old fluid off before bleeding the remainder, then toping it up. But I am a bit stuck if I can't undo it
