Combining two .gdb files ?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find the answer.

How do I combine to garmin .gdb files? eg if I have a database of bike dealers in UK and want to combine it with a database of dealers in France to make one single .gdb file how is it done?

Open one eg UK, copy the items you want to transfer, open the second ie France and paste

You can also have more than one instance of mapsource running at once... copy and paste... If you want it all... zoom out the map a long way, use the selection tool... sweep the map copy... paste into the other instance...
