Been to North Oxford today and bought a brand new GS TE Triple Black which, luckily, they had on the showroom floor.

Has the Akrapovic slip-on, black cross-spoke wheels, seat heating, alarm, engine bars and the Vario box/panniers. Also has the LED headlight which it wouldn't have if a factory order!

Anyhow, Friday (collection day) can't come soon enough!!

All TE Spec GS models have an LED headlight as standard fit or have I misunderstood want you mean ?

You're right, they do...but recent announcements on the BMW Motorrad site confirm that, for now, they are unable to fit LED headlights to new-build bikes. Supply chain issues (confirmed today by North Oxford...main supplier is/was in Ukraine).
