Computer can't find Zumo

I'm on the nursery slopes with Mapsource, but have just succeeded in creating and saving a route . The problem is that I can't transfer it to my Zummo 55O because when I ask the program to Find Device it tells me it can't find it and instructs me to change the interface. All the connections are good so how do I change the interface ? Is there another way?

Double click on My Computer, do you see a additional drive letter in there relating to the Zumo?

If not then you have a problem with your USB port

If you have a card reader you could just upload directly to the SD card.

Result!

There appears to be a problem with the USB port I was using. Switched the lead to the other port and we are up and away. Thanks guys.
