Connected Ride App - Linking randomly to other accounts

Anyone having issues with their phone’s CR App?

Mine seems to have “gained” three other BMW bikes?? In addition to my own.

The app seems to have linked up to some random 1300GS; a random S1000 XR; a random 1300GSA; plus my own bike.

My own bike, seems to have stopped ‘talking’ to the motherships’s cloud system, a week or two back???

Anyone noticed similar weird behaviour?

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?

Mine has randomly stopped connecting to the bike on rides, so I get no "speed" display on the TFT, and no post ride stats. But, I think it may be due to bluetooth issues, need to check a bit more, but think it is when I use the helmet comms.

Havent had any "extra" bikes appear. May be worth changing your password ? Log out fully and then back in ?

Password changed and also the logout and log back in process.
Still got four bikes

Having problems with mine. R1250GS.
Trouble connecting.
Speed warning at 20mph most of yesterday’s ride.
Not recorded a ride since 21st June 2026.

Miles to Service works fine. Fuel gauge and trip miles also accurate.

Deleted it now.
