Not my issue but my cousin's.

He has a Canon MG3600 printer which is successfully connected via WiFi to a desktop computer but he cannot connect it to his iPad.

I have had a look, did a Google search which recommended downloading the Canon Print App - did that, however it was the Canon Business Print App. Opened the App on his iPad set it to search for connected printers and it fails.

Any iPad gurus on here? Is it the wrong App? Anything I have missed?

Its AirPrint enabled, so he should be able to.

it probably will take a number of steps. So unless we know exactly what he is doing, we won't know.

I have a Canon 6**** series WiFi enabled. When I got my iPad mini I used the print option from the top drop down menu and it "found" the printer OK. I just proceded from there.

Ditto with my iPad Air and my Canon printer. You just have to make sure both iPad and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
