Contacts from BB to Nokia please

Can I get my contacts to transfer across from Blackberry to Nokia using my computer but not using Outlook to save the files before transfer.
I don't use Outlook but mail etc on the web browser sites instead. I'm staying with the same provider only changing phones but the sim contact book is very basic without all the mail info etc.
