Kinda herts/beds sort of
Today started as a perfect day for a ride out, had my nice shiny F650GS delivered in November, with weather and holidays and other stuff I've just about covered enough miles to use 1 full tank of fuel. This morning I poped round to the garage to fill it up (14.61 litres) as the light was on and set off heading for the chilterns. 4 miles later it started to cough and fart and misfire, first thought was bollox the second was turn round and get it home. Pulled into the drive and it spluttered and rattled to a hault. Anyway sometime later nice mr BMW fixy bloke turned up, opened the filler cap, dipped his finger in and covering his finger was an oily petrol. The petrol evaporated leaving just and oily film on your fingers, strange we both said.
He then siphoned some out into a small dish and there was an obvious separation of petrol and the plentiful contaminate, as the garage is about 100 yards away we went round there with the evidence.
Bike has now been whisked away to sbw motorad in Hertford for what's probably going to be an expensive tank drain, the garage has ordered in its suppliers to test and possibly drain the tank and still not been out on a proper ride.
Unfortunately I'm not going to be around when they test the fuel so when they say the fuel in their tank is ok I have no way of proving its their fault. All I can do is trust em to be honest about it.
Any ideas?

Just to say a big thanks to our local garage owners, they very quickly found the cause. The tanker was filled with diesel instead of unleaded at the depot. Also a big cheers guys to SBW Motorrad in Hertford who sorted it out pretty damn quickly. Luckily no damage done to any internals, just a dismantle of fuel pump, injectors and pipes and a blow through with an air hose, new plugs fitted. Rode it the 30 miles home and not a single misfire. Brilliant and thanks.
Got a puncture in the rear now.
Bastard.
Whats the best fix?
Are the DIY kits any good?

This is UK gser. You should know by now that the only way to repair a puncture is to replace the entire bike. Much too risky to have the tyre replaced. Bike will never be right afterwards!
Go to your BMW dealer.
For around £3000 he will replace your bike, and this will solve your puncture problem.
