well they seem pretty grippy but it feels like riding over cobbles when leant over - not confidence inspiring. Never noticed this with previous dunlop trailmax although they were on a gs rather than gsa. think i'll try the dunlop roadsmarts next. Anyone with similar experience or a solution?
cheers
phil

Conti's definitely softer than the Trailmax - not as wooden - all round very nice - normally run mine near to the manufacturers maximum of 36 front 42 rear.

:nenau best tyres ive had on mine. They will go a wee bit blocky if they are pushed really hard:green gri, or loaded up with luggage, but Tourances do the same. Id take Conti T/As over Tourances and Anakees.:thumb Check your pressures maybe?:nenau

Try upping the preload a touch on the rear and dropping it down a notch on the front. The tyres highlight any inadequacies in the suspension.
Unless of course you have ESA then yer bolloxed. :)

it was only really noticeable when fully loaded and i do have esa so cant fine tune (unfortunately). i will go and re check pressures. many thanks for the comments, mucho appreciated.

Deffo needs more preload on the rear then.

This is the all singing/dancing electronically adjustable suspension I have been hearing all about hey? :augie

Does it do it on the comfort, normal and sport settings?

When you say "fully loaded" do you mean one up with luggage or two up with luggage?
If it's one up try it in the two up with luggage setting and see if it helps.

I FOUND TRAIL ATTACKS ALTERED THE STEERING, HAD A FIDDLE WITH PRESURES AND SUSPENSION

I NOW RUN 34PSI FRONT 40 PSI REAR AND THE ESA SET TO RIDER AND LUGGAGE ( IE THE MIDDLE SETTING)

THE BIKE NOW FEELS GREAT. i HAD ALWAYS LIKED TOURANCE BUT I WAS NOT SO SURE ABOUT THE EXP VERSION SO MOVED TO CONTIS, I WAS NOT SURE AT FIRST BUT AFTER THE FIDDLING I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM WET OR DRY.
