Thought I'd post a thank you on here:

Only a little thing, but it makes a difference.

Popped in on Friday morning to replace a windscreen adjuster bolt, which had worked loose and fallen off somewhere on the A69.

Paul Gray dismantled the affected part on a showroom bike so I could take them to the parts counter to make sure I got all the pieces I needed.

The same Coopers that wanted to charge £320 for GSA screen, because they have a 'captive market'... pfft... perhaps Coopers aren't used to people calling other dealers and buying cheaper.

I'll go one better, I lost part of my GS screen bolting stuff, Cannons gave me a replacement.

EDIT: Just had a check and it seems "Cannon" are in ESSEX. It seems unlikely that you are talking about the Cooper dealership at BOLDON near Sunderland??

So no, not the same Cooper!!

Yes, I know which dealer is which...

Some of us travel around a bit so need to use dealers wherever. Yesterday I was at Dalkeith arranging some warranty work; all arranged on the spot and booked in the start of next week. Very nice bunch of chaps, even if they did slate my tyres
