The Bede said:... NOG have looked after me superbly, but obviously being 'factory' the price includes coffee, biscotti and gratuitous sexual favours with every major service.

It is the customers who bought in good faith I feel sorry for, who find they havn't got a dealer now. When BMW close dealerships they normally give them a year to get their act together before they close so they probably had plenty of notice (unlike their customers). Still there still GArry Webb in Bracknell (01344 860580)
Funny, I went there in August to collect something. If it wasn't for the younger and enthusiastic of the two Motorrad mechanics (nice bloke, very enthusiastic and chatty), I'd have reported that they were generally the least welcoming bunch of insular tw@ts I've met in a BMW dealership! (It could have been that they had lost interest if the Motorrad side is closing down but the young spannerman never mentioned it).ROKKET71 said:.......Rydale are ending their relationship with Motorrad too.....shame,(if it's true)'cos they're a good bunch

I can only hope that his foul mood was as a result of being told his services are no longer required.

Yup! I've posted elsewhere how his lack of any kind of customer service led me off to NOG instead of buying from them. Totally bizarre - I am obviously very naive when it comes to the retail industry...Skippy said:Was it a Scottish guy?
