.... I thing that they sell so many bikes and pieces that they do not thing that they need to look after the customer.
And this not happen just there. I have been in another three dealers and I do not have a good impression from any of them.

Not surprised to hear this about Coopers ... they've told me they sell loads of bikes, way in excess of their BWM target ... only actually met one myself ... and if they're so good why close Reading, to open a new bike dealership in Kent or Surrey somewhere ... if it smells like bullshit and sounds like bullshit, do I really need to taste it?

... Surprised you had similar experiences with other dealers, unless they are one of the guilty parties, you could try North Oxford Garage in ... erm ... North Oxford. Generally they have a good reputation and my own experiences with them have been exemplary ... Good luck

Popped into Coopers today after reading about the discounts available - the excuse for a human being basically told me to get lost. "Why would we sell anything discounted when we're opening another shop?" was his reply.
I can only hope that his foul mood was as a result of being told his services are no longer required.

I guess you might have not been the first to ask that question I've got to be honest I found Mike there to always be very helpful, he was the only person I spoke to back at the end of March, after the 1st 12GSA was available to test ride, who could give me a confirmed date for one that wasnt 2007, and they even managed to deliver it early... top marks!

That said a post card or something might have been good to let their customers know they are closing... instead the first I got to know was two weeks back when I tried to ring them to talk about a warranty claim on my low seat... oh well... top marks on this goes to North Oxford, who've picked up the whole thing with not so much as a humble... new seat should arrive Thursday.

Just a quick note to say I got a call from North Oxford this morning to say my replacement low seat was in, picked it up at lunchtime...
