Mine's booked in next Friday for a 6k/Annual service plus tyres. Had my previous GS serviced there - no issues.

As said Paul is a cracking dude, had a service done there, no probs , cost the same as M& S .
Need to have the service interval reminder reset or it flash`s up , if you go somewhere else .

Had mine serviced there from new - no complaints. (8 years 64k miles)

As has been said "pricey" but I think any main dealer servicing is the same these days, pricewise?

I agree regarding Paul being a decent chap, try Mick Kendrick in Sunderland if price is an issue.

paul did me a real good turn yesterday,i droped my bike against my conservatory,and broke an indicator lense and the little pivot for the screen ,i duely went over the next day to pick up the items from coopers ,the lense no bother but the screen pivot was a no show,the parts lad said oh that now comes as a full screen kit ,nearly fifty quid ,so i was a bit miffed ,probs just because they didnt ring me back to tell me that,anyway on the way out of the building i was telling paul sharman this ,he said just wait a minute ,he went out to the workshops and came back with a one,i can only presume one of the lads had one lying in a tool box ,there you go he said .
i thought what cracking service ,not because it was free but just because he went out of his way to help me out.

They were no cheaper last time I checked but have found them excellent to deal with

I checked before I booked mine in at Coopers & they quoted an almost identical price.

I hope your experience is better that the one and only time I took a bike there.
OK it was still Mill at the time but the service was a lot less than ideal.
I wouldn't let them service a roller skate.

Never had any problems with them, as mentioned Paul is a good bloke, and Tony, one of the technicians/mechanics is a good chap as well
