They had plannet [sic] to put it up by 4% but they've held it down to 2%.

Funny - fuel costs plummeting, and the price goes up............

When you are tired after a long wet ride the ferry is a very welcome sight

I'd happily pay £3.00 Even a fiver to cut 4o plus miles of usually wet misery :aidan

Stopped at Ardgour Inn for a couple of nights and after mentioning that to ferry man had the next 4 trips free.
Inn was nice as well. Lot better than the Corran Inn dump on the other side that I stayed at the year before.
Last year was the Inchree Chalets which were pretty good value.
Not relevant of course but I though someone might be interested.

On a good day its a great run around the Loch.

Indeed and if you're going along the lochsid, slow down opposite to the yacht club (Ardgour to head of Loch Eil side) and start waving I'll perhaps be able to spot you from my house on the other side, but mind and only do it in the summer as otherwise I'm not in residence.

Currently, it's £2.40 for a motorcycle and rider / + passenger. £7.90 for a motorcycle outfit which is the same as a car or a minubus up to 16 seats.

Hey Schtum..... Are you going to be able to make it to Applecross? Hope so. Have looked at your posts and look forward to seeing you there if possible?
