Bikes that get used through the winter may have a problem developing with the lubrication system, specifically where the oil leaves the engine to go to the oil cooler and returns to the engine. Any leak at the return to the sump is easy to see at the lower left of the engine but the feed is under the tank on top of the block at the right front, here:-

The alloy crush washer was almost completely corroded away in several places. It may not result in total oil loss and a ruined engine but it could leave you stranded and covered in oil.
