I appreciate the corrosion has been done many times but I'm worried about my bike

I purchased a 2014 model about 2 months ago in stunning condition with a 2 year warranty and breakdown included , I have been washing it after every ride in cold water and then a light spray of ACF50

The wheels are starting to get pitted and corroded and looks really bad , Its not that I want my bike to look immaculate all the times but its the resale value when i part x it in a couple of years , Will BMW replace or refurbish my wheels and has anyone else been in the same boat with a used bike with warranty

Many thanks guys and gals

so 2 months ago it was mint and now the wheels are pitted? strange, iirc cosmetic issues not covered on a bike that age

surely a 15k bike should last longer than 3 years without corrosion !

My wheels were corroded as was the frame swing arm, engine etc. BMW agreed to replace everything but the wheels! frustrating. (December 2015 bike)

so basically i have no chance with a 2014 bike that i didn't buy from new

The Approved Used Bike warranty specifically excludes corrosion. That doesn't meant it's a non starter, but you want to get the dealer looking sympathetically at your claim.

where does it state that it does not cover corrosion , can't seem to find that in the paperwork

2 months from "stunning condition" to "badly pitted and corroded" and all you've used is cold water? I wouldn't drink your water if I were you; there's clearly something very wrong with it.

OK, so I misquoted him slightly but the basic gist is the same.

ffs go and ask the dealer!
I got a new engine after my corrosion warranty had run out on my 2013 bike that I didn't buy from new..
